    Furnace baked foods: richly seasoned spare ribs with garlic, several pork knuckle specialities, duck, goose, turkey and other baked meat goods along with furnace baked 'langallo' and crafted pickles are waiting for our dear guests!

    Made from pork: home made smoked ham and bacon, sausages, liverwurst! Our speciality is the so called, 'pleated trotters stuffed into pig gut' with home made bread!

    On request, depending on requirements, we boil feed specialties in outdoor cauldron such as venison goulash, beef shin stew to our guests!
